One of the most common excuses for skipping out on exercise is having no time. While many people believe a lack of time is a genuine excuse, it’s really not. Even if you just had one minute spare per day, you could be making a difference to your overall health – even if it’s only slight. If you’re one of the many people who use that age-old “no time” excuse, try any of these five exercises below.
Take the hard road
By taking the hard road during your day, you’re factoring in exercise without even thinking about it. Choose the parking space that’s far away from the office, take the stairs opposed to the lift, and walk to your local convenience store instead of driving. You are carrying out necessary tasks you would do every day, but you’re making sure you are getting exercise while you do them.
Join an exercise class
You probably think that an exercise class is not possible with limited time, but it is. Many personal trainers and fitness gurus time their workout classes for when people finish work. Do your research and find one that’s on your way home. Once you’ve finished work, get into your training gear, and make your way there.
